Raymond Weil recently introduced a new titanium and stainless steel version of the Nabucco Chronograph. The case measures 46 mm in diameter and is 15.6 mm thick. The movement is a Valjoux 7750 automatic with a 46 hour power reserve. In addition to the continual small seconds and chronograph 30-minute and 12-hour totalizers, this robust mechanical caliber also offers a rapidly adjustable date function. A tachymeter scale engraved on the bezel enables the calculation of average speeds. The sapphire crystal is treated with an anti-reflective coating on both sides, for excellent readability. If you are in the market for a nice mechanical swiss chronograph for under five grand, then you might want to consider the Raymond Weil Nabucco collection. Suggested retail is $4,400.
