Baselworld Preview: Admiral's Cup "50 LHS" by CORUM

Corum has just announced that they will be introducing a new Admiral's Cup Chronograph, the 50 LHS, at Baselworld. The "50" denotes the case size, 50 mm, and the LHS, stands for (Left-Hand-Side), because the crown and pushers are on the left hand side of the case. The movement is a self-winding chronograph, in-house caliber CO 753, COSC certified. It runs at a frequency of 4 Hz, 28,800 vibrations/hour and uses 27 jewels.
The case is titanium with a vulcanized rubber bezel. The crown is titanium with a black PVD coating, engraved with the CORUM key. The pushers are titanium with a black PVD coating as well. The screw-down rubber molded titanium caseback features a raised engraving of the Admiral's Cup Trophy.
The dial is black with 2 black counters. Twelve nautical pennant hour-markers transferred on the flange. Chevron and minute numerals feature Superluminova. Facetted hour, minute and counter hands all feature Superluminova, as well. The seconds hand counterweight is shaped like a the CORUM key. There is a date indication window at 6 o'clock.
The crystal is a signature CORUM, cambered twelve-sided sapphire with anit-reflective coating. The strap is black vulcanized rubber with a CORUM inscription molded. The buckle is a titanium tongue buckle engraved with the CORUM logo. The case is water-resistant to 300 meters/ 990 feet. Limited edition of 888 pieces worldwide.
