Corum “Admiral’s Cup Black Challenge 44”

Every spring the city of Basel Switzerland hosts the largest wristwatch exhibit in the world – Baselworld. It is a place where watch retailers, collectors, enthusiasts and journalists travel, from all over the world – to view the latest wristwatch collections.

During my five days in Basel this past March, I viewed hundreds of watches, ranging from $500 quartz watches, to watches with prices that are almost inconceivable. Of the watches that I actually viewed in-person, these are five of my personal favorites.

Zenith “Classic El Primero Chronograph”

Breitling “Navitimer”

TAG Heuer “Calibre 36 RS Chronograph”

Blancpain “SuperTrofeo Chronograph”
