Vintage Breitling Navitimer Ref. 806

The Navitimer is Breitling's most recognizable timepiece, a highly collectible model that was originally introduced in the early 1950s. The piece shown above is a Navitimer Ref. 806 (circa 1967), which is powered by a manual wind Venus 178 column wheel chronograph equipped mechanical movement. The case is 40 mm in diameter and is 18k yellow gold filled. It comes with a domed plexiglass crystal, a stainless steel caseback and Breitling's famous notched rotating slide-rule bezel.
