Aspen One Downhill GT in Titanium and Gold

The Aspen One Downhill GT in Titanium/Gold is a new variation within the Apsen One Limited Edition collection - 3,267 pieces total. The number 3,267 represents the elevation from the base of Aspen Mountain to its peak. Each owner's name is inscribed on top of Aspen mountains monument.
To reduce the weight of the original Aspen One timepiece, while still utilizing gold which is luxurious but very heavy - an outer case in titanium was implemented, while the inner case, push buttons, hands and numerals are in 18K red gold. Water-resistant 30 meters.
The case is 45 mm and features a sapphire glass on the front and inside of the watch (the case opens in the middle to reveal a compass). The glass on the compass in HR 900 (height resistant). The compass is provided with a Swiss Trek floating disc and engraved with Aspen area indications. Temperature resistance 50 ̊C - 122 ̊F.
The movement is caliber ETA 2894-2 chronograph movement. It runs at 28,800 vph, has 37 jewels and a power reserve of 42-hours. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds, chronograph and date. Black dial with numeral and baton hour markers. Big date at 12 o'clock. Compass and movement visible when the case is opened.
Two straps are included. A calf skin for skiing and an alligator strap for après-ski. The straps are easy to changing using a special "skibinding technique" that is currently patent pending. As if that is not enough to justify the price tag, a pairs of gloves is included. Each pair of Castelijn & Beerens U.S. deerskin watchgloves for Aspen One has an opening that allows the watch to be viewed through the gloves.
