Hublot has created a unique Classic Fusion Tourbillon Skeleton timepiece to commemorate their relationship with Ferrari. This particular edition, pays homage to one of the most sought after and collectible Ferraris ever made, the Ferrari 250 GTO. Made between 1962 and 1964, only 39 were ever produced.

The Classic Fusion Ferrari GTO 250 comes in a 45 mm titanium case. A few subtle elements call out this watch as a Ferrari watch. First, the in-house skeletonized tourbillon movement uses a barrel drum (at 12 o’clock) which was designed to look like the wheels of the 250 GTO. Second, instead of plastering Ferrari logos all over the watch, Hublot discreetly and tastefully placed Ferrari’s famous prancing horse just to the right of the center of the dial.

Even the strap recalls the leather upholstery of Ferrari Barenia leather from the early 1960s. And the bottom side of the movement bridge is customizable: the owner can add the number of the chassis of their car. Like Ferrari does with many of their cars, only Ferrari owners can acquire this timepiece – in this instance, only Ferrari GTO 250 owners.
