The manufacture Roger Dubuis was founded by the watchmaker Roger Dubuis in 1995. In 2008, the Richemont bought a majority stake in the brand, at which time Roger Dubuis and no longer provided input. Interestingly, while this timepiece is not expected to reach an astronomical number, it illustrates how much of a departure the design of the earlier watches is from the watches the brand is known for today.

This is the “Horloger Genevois” Bulletin D’Observatoire Chronograph, presented in white gold measuring 40 mm x 11 mm. It is number 159, and was manufactured circa 1998. The dial features a classic two-register chronograph configuration, a printed tachymeter scale and a mixture of applied Breguet numerals and indexes marking the hours. It is a 30-minute chronograph with round pump-pushers.
