Last night, at the grand opening of the A. Lange & Söhne’s new boutique, located at 785 Madison Avenue, the German watchmaker unveiled a boutique edition of the Richard Lange Tourbillon “Pour le Mérite”. The special timepiece, which will be available exclusively at any of the brand’s 13 stores, is a white gold version of the original model, which was launched in 2010, and that we went hands-on with here.

According to Lange, “The special edition of the RICHARD LANGE TOURBILLON “Pour le Mérite” is now being presented with a noble white-gold case. The high-contrast time display with blued-steel hands and blue hour markers in the minute circle assures excellent legibility on the argenté-coloured solid-silver dial as the background.”
