The 2nd annual Timecrafters show is just around the corner, it runs from September 14th-15th (September 13th is press day). If you register online by September 12th, entry is free.

This fall, Timecrafters will present its second annual watch exhibition at a new, more spacious venue, the Park Avenue Armory. The show will be open to the public Saturday, September 14, 2012 and Sunday, September 15, 2012 (10 am to 8 pm).

Many of the world's top watchmakers will be exhibiting: A. Lange & Sohne, Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Blancpain, Breguet, Bulgari, Chopard, DeBethune, Dior Timepieces, Frederique Constant, Girard-Perregaux, Glashütte Original, Harry Winston, Hublot, Parmigiani Fleurier, Omega, Oris, Ralph Lauren, Richard Mille, TAG Heuer and Zenith.

There will also be a number of watchmaking demonstrations. If you are interested in watches and plan to be in the New York area, please come see Timecrafters. (Tickets are free if you pre-register online. $20 at the door).

The second annual Timecrafters Watch Show will be held September 13-15th at the Park Avenue Armory. "A private reception will be held on September 13th at 7:00 PM before the exhibition opens to the public for two days, September 14th-15th."

Timecrafters is a museum-like show that will include brands such as: A. Lange & Sohne, Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Bulgari, Girard-Perregaux, Harry Winston, Parmigiani, Richard Mille, and Zenith (full exhibitor list coming soon). Additionally, master enamelers, engravers, gem setters and watchmakers will be demonstrating their trade, so attendees can witness the depth of craftsmanship that goes into the making of every detail of a luxury timepiece.

"The Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry FH will present an interactive traveling exhibition entitled Think Time - Think Swiss Excellence. The exhibition will provide insight into the multi-faceted nature of the Swiss watchmaking industry, both past and present. Various stations and panels will highlight the history, major innovations, technological advancements, training, materials, global reach and other views of today's powerful Swiss watchmaking landscape."

Timecrafters was the first watchmaking show held in New York City (May 13-15, 2011). Many of the world's top watchmakers exhibited, including: A. Lange & Sohne, Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chopard, Girard-Perregeaux, Harry Winston, Hublot, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Jean Richard, Montblanc, Officine Panerai, Richard Mille, Roger Dubuis, Vacheron Constantin, Van Cleef & Arpels and Zenith. The show appears to have a been a success, so expect even more brands next year.
