I like this image, because this will be the view I see of Lake Geneva, when I go to Geneva this Sunday, for a three day Roger Dubuis Manufacture tour. I've never been to Geneva, or Switzerland in the summer, so it should be fun. I will definitely be posting lots of images of the factory tour next week (including shots from Lake Geneva, the Swiss Alps, and more).

Independent watchmaker Corum has pulled off a sailing double! Its partnership with the famous Okalys-Corum team pairs it with the Julius Baer Challenge's most decorated Decision 35. It is also lending its name to Switzerland 's premier regatta, the Corum Grand Prix which will be held next May 8-10 just a few miles from Geneva 's yacht club, the Société Nautique de Genève.

Corum has just announced that they will be introducing a new Admiral's Cup Chronograph, the 50 LHS, at Baselworld. The "50" denotes the case size, 50 mm, and the LHS, stands for (Left-Hand-Side), because the crown and pushers are on the left hand side of the case. The movement is a self-winding chronograph, in-house caliber CO 753, COSC certified. It runs at a frequency of 4 Hz, 28,800 vibrations/hour and uses 27 jewels.
