This is the new TAG Heuer Mikrogirder 10000, one of the most technically innovative mechanical chronographs ever made. Not to mention the most precise.

Sans the traditional balance spring and balance wheel assembly, TAG Heuer watchmakers have engineered a movement that runs at an insane 7.2 million vph or 1,000 Hz. The result is a timepiece that is accurate to 5/10,000th of a second.

Once activated, the chronograph hand is so fast, you can barely even see it with the naked eye. It is absolutely amazing to watch. Furthermore, if you listen closely, you can hear it hum ever so smoothly, as it sweeps the dial 20 times per second.
