The first annual Wind-Up New York City Watch Fair took place this past weekend at 101 Wooster in SoHo’s Fashion District. Focused on accessible timepieces and straps, the 3-day event included well-known brands such as Oris and Stowa, along with newcomers such as Saliber, Horage, and Brew Watches. There was also an excellent selection of leather, textile and Nato straps from brands such as Worn & Wound (who organized the event), Crown & Buckle, and Astor & Banks. Overall, the show went well and was a great place to meet fellow watch enthusiasts and collectors, as well as to browse, and ultimately buy timepieces and straps.
