Following the watch industry color trend of green dials and bezels — today Omega announced a new Seamaster with both a green ceramic bezel and dial.

The Seamaster 300M is presented in the existing 42 mm x 13.56 mm (50 mm lug-to-lug) 316L stainless steel case with a polished-brushed Omega patented screw-and-pin bracelet with a new integration to the case and the company’s patented extendable foldover rack-and-pusher with extra diver extension. As part of this new Seamaster release, Omega developed a new patented conical helium escape valve, which is polished and embossed with “He” at 10 o’clock on the case flank.

Like the case, the movement is the current 3.5Hz automatic Seamaster 300M’s caliber 8800 which is a Master Chronometer and features a silicon balance spring, a free-sprung balance wheel, a Co-Axial escapement, 35 jewels, and a 55-hour power reserve. The in-house caliber has been finished with rhodium-plated bridges and components, Geneva waves in arabesque, and has blackened screws along with a blackened barrel and balance wheel.

As mentioned in the title and subtitle, green is the theme of this release and Omega has taken its existing Seamaster 300M, added a few enhancements to the bracelet but most notably — they’ve given the ceramic dive bezel insert and the ceramic wave dial, the green-hued color treatment.

In addition to the 2022 Omega Seamaster 300M Green (Ref. 210.30.42.20.10.001) model with a newly designed stainless steel bracelet (that now features 6 position adjustability over 9.60 mm and an extra diver extension: 2 x 11.70 mm) — there’s also a version with a green rubber strap (Ref. 210.32.42.20.10.001).

The 2022 Omega Seamaster 300M Green will be available on a rubber strap for $5,100 and on a stainless steel bracelet for $5,400.
