Today, G-Shock announced two MT-G watches new metal bracelets (we reviewed MT-G with rubber strap here). The MT-G MTGB1000D-1A and MTGB1000BD-1A which respectively have dark red and steel and black PVD steel with blue accents on the dial and underside of the bracelet.

These rugged 51.7 mm metal G-Shocks feature Triple G Resist to guard against extreme shocks, vibration, and centrifugal forces and auto set using a Two-Way Time Sync which uses Bluetooth or atomic signals to adjust the time for mobile phone level accuracy, virtually anywhere in the world. It’s also got tough solar which can run for long periods, even with very little light.

Each MT-G is 200 meters water-resistance and has a push button LED illuminator as well as luminous hands and indices. Additional functions include world time, daily alarm, and. full auto calendar

The MTGB1000D-1A and MTGB1000BD-1A will retail for $900 and $1,000 and will be available for purchase beginning in November 2018 at standard G-SHOCK retailers including Macy’s, the G-SHOCK Soho Store, and gshock.com.
