After purchasing La-Chaux-de-Fonds-based watchmaker Corum in 2013, Haldian Holdings Limited – who also notably purchased Swiss watchmaker Eterna in 2011 – wasted no time in resurrecting Corum’s iconic Coin and Bubble watches.

The latest Bubble watch, called the Skull 47 Flying Tourbillon, is a piece unique presented in a 47 mm x 18.55 mm fully polished red gold case, with a highly domed sapphire crystal. The skull that makes up the dial is made of brass and plated with 18K red gold, with a vertical satin-brushed finish.

At the mouth is a 60-minute flying tourbillon. The caseback is sapphire offering a view of the 3Hz, 29 jewel tourbillon regulated time-only movement. Automatic Swiss caliber CO016 has a 72-hour power reserve and is wound by a micro-rotor which features applied 18K red gold Corum key logo.

Interlug width is 24 mm. Water-resistance is 30 meters. (Ref. L016/03268 – 016.303.55/0001 SK02)
