Today, Casio America, Inc. is thrilled to introduce its newest Casiotron anniversary timepiece – the TRN50ZE-1.

The limited-edition timepiece is a celebration of Casio’s corporate philosophy of “Zero to One” and features a sophisticated new black and gold design.

The TRN50ZE-1 marks the latest addition to Casio’s lineup of models released this year in honor of the 50th anniversary of Casiotron. “The TRN50ZE-1 is our most recent reimagining of the Casiotron,” said Tomoo Kato, Chairman of Casio America. “With it, we are celebrating Casio’s corporate philosophy. Drawing inspiration from a candle’s light, the watch symbolizes the journey from darkness to light, with black representing ‘zero’ and darkness, and gold accents symbolizing the ‘burning light’ of creation. This limited-edition timepiece captures the essence of Casio’s innovative spirit and the journey from zero to something extraordinary.”

Key design highlights include mineral glass and stainless steel case and band that’s finished with a black IP, and a fluted dial paired with gold accents on the bezel and LCD ring and logos. A single gold IP bracelet link features a laser-engraved 50th-anniversary logo and creates an eye-catching asymmetry to the bracelet. The back cover design is engraved with the numbers 0 to 1 to further honor Casio’s philosophy. The TRN50ZE-1 comes in commemorative eco-friendly packaging made of recycled plastic and paper, honoring Casio’s commitment to the environment.

Additional features include water resistance up to 50 meters, Multiband 6 timekeeping, solar power, a super-illuminator LED backlight, five daily alarms, World Time (39-City + UTC), and more. Priced at $600, the TRN50ZE-1 is now available at Casio.com.
