According to SJX via WWDJapan, Citizen will introduce a tourbillon June 2017, as to celebrate the 300th anniversary of department store chains Daimaru, which dates back to 1717. The tourbillon wristwatch will be available in a 42 mm diameter white gold case, with a white enamel dial, powered by a hand-wound movement with vertical striping on the bridges and chamfered edges akin to the decoration found on high-end Swiss watch caliber.

Except it is made in Japan.

With that said, it is important to note that Citizen watch group owns Swiss watch specialists La Joux-Perret, Arnold & Son, and the Frederique Constant Group, so I think it is safe to say they had some help from Switzerland. The retail price will be approximately $90,000 when it goes on sale next month.
