Following the launch of the stainless steel Skydiver Military Limited Edition last month, this month Edox announced a second Skydiver limited edition, in bronze.
The Skydiver Military Bronze Limited Edition comes in a case with the same 42 mm x 11.5 mm dimensions but is made with a bronze alloy, with an anti-fingerprint nano-coating, and will gain patina over time.
A black ceramic dive bezel coupled with a black gradient dial contrasted by the bronze case, and gold-tone hands and indices, make for a unique look that will of course change over time as the case oxidizes.
Underneath the dial is a Swiss-made Sellita SW200 movement. The crown screws down and the solid stainless steel screw-in caseback with. The dial is protected by a 2 mm thick sapphire crystal. Water resistance is 300 meters.
The SkyDiver MilitaryBronze LE is limited to 555 pieces and comes with both black and brown quick-release leather straps, presented in a brown leather pouch. Retail is approximately $1,650. Available early 2020. (Ref. 80115 BRZN NDR)
