The discontinued Patek Philippe 5131/1P World Time with a hand-painted Enamel Cloisonne Dial in Platinum. The 5131 debuted in 2008 in yellow gold, then white gold in 2009, pink gold in 2014, and platinum in 2017. There is a warm yellow hue because the room and table color are beige. You can instantly tell this one is platinum, not white gold, though, because of the diamond setting on the caseband at 6 o’clock.
