Casio America, Inc., is excited to announce the launch of two new G-Shock women’s watches in the G-Lide series: the GLXS5600-2 and the GLXS5600-7B. Inspired by daytime beach scenery, these timepieces are a stylish and functional expansion of the popular GLXS5600 series first introduced a year ago in May of 2023.
Expanding on the renowned G-Shock G-Lide line, which has made a significant mark in the surf scene with its versatile functions and distinctive designs, the new GLXS5600-2 and the GLXS5600-7B timepieces introduce two new colorful and compact 40.5mm silhouettes that embrace the essence of “Surfing with Nature.” These latest models provide an extremely comfortable fit on any wrist. Each watch in the new collection retains the robust DNA of Shock Resistance and 200M Water Resistance which G-SHOCK is known for.
Drawing inspiration from serene beachfronts around the world, the GLXS5600-2 and GLXS5600-7B watches are designed in two stunning colors to reflect the essence of coastal beauty. The GLXS5600-2 comes in a rich blue, evoking the deep, mesmerizing hues of ocean waves and capturing the calming yet powerful spirit of the sea. In contrast, the GLXS5600-7B, in pristine white, symbolizes the pure, untouched beauty of sandy beaches, reflecting the soft, inviting sands that stretch along the coastline.
