Following the introduction last year of the GMT Sport, for 2021 Greubel Forsey has changed the bezel, finishing, and added an integrated metal bracelet.

Delivered in a 42 mm x 17.8 mm titanium case with Greubel Forsey’s distinctive ellipse-shaped bezel that stretches the dimensions to 45 mm in length. The original GMT Sport bezel had relief engraving that has been replaced by a smooth hand-polished outer surface that’s contrasted by hand-finished horizontal straight graining on the top.

For the first time, Greubel Forsey has integrated a metal bracelet into the case, fitting it perfectly against the curved top and bottom of the case seamlessly. Being that this is the ultra-high-end of the market — this is no ordinary bracelet — there are three distinct watchmaking finishes covering the lateral and central links including straight graining, frosting, and hand-polished beveling. The bracelet features a fine adjustment system, providing the millimeters of adjustment to allow the wearer to have a loose or snug fit, without the need for any tools.

The movement is the same as the GMT Sport that was introduced in 2019, except now the mainplate, bridges, globe, second-time zone dial, and 24-second indicator ring of the tourbillon are all in a blue, not black finish.
