This is the new Harry Winston Project Z6 Black Edition Alarm that I previewed and photograph last week during Baselworld 2011. Harry Winston is not planning to officially unveil this timepiece until later this summer, however, I have been given permission to publish it!

Inside, is a manually wound 45-jewel Swiss made watch movement with hours, minutes, and small seconds functions, as well as an alarm function with a day/night indicator. The hand-finished HW-1010 movement is visible through a sapphire caseback.

The case is 44 mm in diameter, crafted in a special proprietary metal that was created by Harry Winston, called Zalium, and features a scratch-resistant black DLC treatment. Comes with a sporty black rubber strap which screws into the lugs. The Harry Winston Project Z6 Black Edition Alarm is limited to 300 pieces.
