Armin Strom, a brand whose founder is best known for his expertise in skeletonizing and engraving timepieces, introduced their first totally in-house manufactured skeleton timepiece at Baselworld last month.

The Armin Strom One Week Skeleton is powered by manually wound caliber ARM09-S runs at a rate of 2.5Hz and has a 7-day power reserve. This is not your typical skeletonized movement, as each piece requires 4 days of hand engraving and another 3 days of hand finishing. The main plate is fully skeletonized, as are gear-train bridges and barrel bridges. Moreover, the components are all decorated with classical hand engravings.
