This week, TAG Heuer unveiled a new 2019 Women’s Aquaracer collection, available in a 35 mm stainless steel case with either a blue sunray effect dial with an engraved sand-wave pattern or a white mother-of-pearl dial.
Each of the Aquaracers is quartz powered and meets ISO 6425 dive watch requirements. A stainless steel unidirectional rotating 0-60 count up bezel, with an engraved graduated scale, allows for calculating of dive time. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, the caseback is solid and is screwed-in, the crown is screwed down, and water-resistance is 300 meters. The hands and applied hour indices are luminescent.
The watch displays hours, minutes, central seconds, and the date. The blue dial comes with either a textured blue rubber strap or stainless steel bracelet with double safety push-buttons and a diving extension, and the mother-of-pearl version comes only on a blue rubber strap.
Retail is $1,400 for the mother-of-pearl version, $1,550 for the blue dial on a rubber strap, and $1,700 for the blue dial with a stainless steel bracelet.
