G-Shock recently debuted a limited edition CasiOak wristwatch in Europe, China, and Japan — with a sparkly gold-toned lunar theme.

Adding to the hype around the 44 mm CasiOak collection — which continues to be difficult to find due to high demand coupled with Covid-related shipping delays — this limited edition will likely be even harder to get.

The CasiOak GM-2100MG-1AER Moon Watch features a highly textured octagonal bezel that resembles craters on the surface of the moon, a matching gold-toned metal-covered resin case, a black and gold vapor-film dial, gold-toned analog hands, and gold-toned 3D indices.

Each limited edition comes in a special collector’s case, paired with a black resin strap and gold-toned buckle, and has all the usual functions including a stopwatch, auto calendar, day, day of the week, and date. The watch is highly resistant to shocks and is depth rated to 200 meters.

Retail is expected to be approximately $300, although finding one will be tough, and some secondary resellers already have these listed for over $1,000.
