At the LVMH tower penthouse in New York City earlier today, Swiss watchmaker TAG Heuer debuted their new “Connected” watch. TAG Heuer’s first foray into connected watches comes in a 46 mm grade 2 titanium case (the case resembles a TAG Heuer Carrera), with a variety of sporty perforated rubber straps to choose from. As you would expect, it has an alarm, timer, stopwatch and numerous other functions built-in. There is a wide variety of watch face designs to select from, including chronographs, 3-handers, and more.

The TAG Heuer Connected watch is compatible with both Android and iOS phones. Battery life is estimated at about 18-20 hours per charge.

You have the option of trading it in for a mechanical watch after 2-years (there is an additional fee). The TAG Heuer Connected Watch is available starting today in the United States for a retail price of $1500.
