This is a quick hands-on look at Seiko’s new Presage Enamel collection that was previewed before Baselworld.

Three of the four references in the collection are under $1500, with the chronograph coming in under $3000. As you can see in the picture below, the movement is not finished to crazy high Swiss standards, but it is reliable, made in-house, and you will never get an oven-baked enamel dial like this on a Swiss made timepiece for anywhere near this price point.
