This is a 1960s Tradition Stellaris “Carrera”, which is a Heuer manufactured chronograph, commonly referred to as a “Poor Man’s Heuer.” This particular model was produced by Heuer for Sears Roebuck. It looks much like the Heuer Carrera from the same period. It comes in a 36 mm case, which is small but, if your wrist is small — this might be perfect.
I personally love the look but for a wrist my size, I would need to go with the slightly larger 39 mm Heuer Carrera. The silver and black Bi-Compax (Panda dial) looks great; the dial and hands are original with good patina. The movement is a 17-jewel manually wound Valjoux caliber 7730. Original pushers and unsigned crown.
