The Longines Legend Diver features an internal dive bezel design, controlled by two crowns, which been in the Saint-Imier watchmaker’s catalog for years.

With a design based on the look of the original model from the 1960s, Longines has offered the Legend Diver re-edition in stainless steel, PVD coated steel, and now in a bronze case.

The Longines Legend Diver comes in a 42 mm bronze case with a warm tone that will gain a natural patina over time and that complements the rich dark green lacquered gradient dial, which is a lighter shade in the center and darker towards the perimeter. Gold-plated hands and a gilt dial with Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9 matches the hue of the case and give the watch a vintage vibe.

While the case, bezel, and crowns (which are engraved with a criss-cross pattern) are made from bronze alloy, the caseback, which screws into the back, is made of titanium (embossed with an emblem of a diver). The dual crowns also screw down to the case. Water-resistance is rated to 300 meters.

Driving the hours, minutes, central seconds is automatic caliber L888 (an ETA made for Longines), which beats at 3.5Hz, uses a silicon balance spring, and has a 64-hour power reserve.

Each Longines Legend Diver comes with a strap changing tool and is paired with a brown leather strap finished with beige topstitching and a second strap in green Nato style nylon strap. Comes with a 5-year warranty.
