In Newport Beach, California, starting today, The 1916 Company kicks off its Annual Watch Fair, which now includes four cities.

For 2025, The 1916 Company Watch Fair will feature exclusive cocktail evenings, hands-on access with 2025 novelties, rare pre-owned timepieces, appearances by leading voices in collecting culture, and educational moments designed for its Collector’s Circle.

In each city, The 1916 Company Watch Fair is hosted at the company’s flagship multi-brand stores, which are all Official Rolex Jewelers, located in Newport Beach, CA (September 26-27), Denver, CO (October 10-11), Scottsdale, AZ (October 24-25), and Ardmore, PA (November 14-15).

A National Stage for Collecting Culture

“This year’s Watch Fair moves beyond a regional tradition to become a national stage for watch culture and collecting. Each city will host its own distinctive mix of brands, boutique experiences, and Collector’s Circle gatherings, offering clients and enthusiasts the opportunity to experience 2025’s most talked-about timepieces up close. Notable highlights from the brands’ 2025 collections will be presented in store, including a special selection from leading independent watchmakers such as De Bethune, Gérald Genta, Greubel Forsey, H. Moser & Cie., and Ressence, with brand representation and watch experts on-site throughout the event,” according to an official release by The 1916 Company.

Insights from the Industry’s Leading Voices

The release goes on to state, “The 1916 Company’s renowned experts will be on site throughout the events to meet with collectors, friends, and guests, prepared to share insight and opinion while celebrating the world’s finest watches. Tim Mosso, Watch Specialist and Director of Media, will be on-site at all four events, and Jack Forster, The 1916 Company’s Global Editorial Director, will make an appearance at the Ardmore event. Additionally, Mike Manjos, Chief of Sales, specializing in Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches, will be present in Denver, Scottsdale, and Ardmore, offering insight into market trends, horological history, and personalized consultations.”

Personalized Experiences for Collectors and Guests

“In each city, clients and collectors are invited to book private appointments for collection viewing and evaluation, and trade-in opportunities. More than 150 pre-owned timepieces by leading manufactures will be on site and available to purchase during each chapter of the event, allowing visitors to experience the breadth of The 1916 Company’s pre-owned inventory, which includes the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned collection,” according to The 1916 Company.

A New Boutique Experience in Newport Beach

Just steps away from The 1916 Company’s Newport Beach multi-brand flagship store is a new boutique dedicated to IWC and Omega. Guests are invited to toast the newly inaugurated location during the Watch Fair weekend, which starts today.
