Hamilton created a limited edition version of the Pilot Pioneer with a special military green color scheme for Uncrate.

Not only does the dial have an olive green hue to it — so does the case. The case of this three-hand watch is not made in more common stainless steel like this chronograph version — instead Hamilton used lightweight aluminum.

The Hamilton Pilot Pioneer x Uncrate 41 mm diameter green aluminum case has a distinctive asymmetrical case, featuring crown guards protecting its dual crowns. One crown controls the time and date, and other other rotates the inner bezel located on the flange The military-inspired case is very thick and has a solid screw-in caseback.

Simple easy to read Arabic numerals, printed in black except at 12 and 6, and prominent blackened sword-shaped luminuous hour and minute hands continue the military theme. In between the 00-60 rotating bezel and the dial is a silver 24-hour dial for quickly converting to military time. A sweeping blackened luminous arrow-tipped center seconds hand completes the look.

An automatic ETA-based movement powers Hamilton Pilot Pioneer x Uncrate watch for up to 80-hours. A sapphire crystal protects the dial side. The depth rating is 100 meters. Finishing off the aesthetic is a partially leather-coated Nato-style strap with an aluminum pin buckle.

The retail price is $1,145. Learn more at Uncrate.
