High volume La Chaux-de-Fonds-based watchmaker, TAG Heuer, goes further upscale in price with it’s third fragment collaboration.

TAG Heuer and fragment first collaborated in 2018, with a Carrera timepiece that retailed for $8,100 and was limited to 500 pieces. The Swiss watchmaking and Japanese streetwear companies followed that up in 2020, with a Formula 1/Heuer C cased timepiece, which retailed for $6,150.

Now, the third collaboration, is perhaps the best yet: the 2025 TAG Heuer x fragment Carrera Chronograph Limited Edition.

Designed by fragment, with TAG Heuer’s latest 39 mm glassbox stainless steel Carrera case, this limited edition timepiece features a matte black opalin dial paired with a curved white flange, a custom date disc where the numbers 1 and 11 discreetly echo fragment’s lightning bolt.

TAG Heuer’s in-house automatic caliber TH20-00, featuring an 80-hour power reserve, is visible through the sapphire caseback, including a bidirectional winding rotor with black lines added by fragment, that enhance the TAG Heuer shield. The sapphire crystal shows fragment’s lightning bolt iconography, while the caseback features an engraved Victory Wreath symbol, as a nod to Jack Heuer’s emblem of racing success.

A steel beads-of-rice bracelet with black PVD-coated center links completes the look.

Like the generation 1 and 2 collaborations, the 2025 TAG Heuer x fragment Carrera Chronograph (Ref. CBS221B.BA0045) is limited to 500 pieces, and will be available starting December 3, 2025 for a retail price of  $9,050.
