Developed with the input from the Scuderia Toro Rosso F1 pit crew, the new Edifice EFS-S550 Series Chronograph has a unidirectional rotating 60-0 countdown bezel that works in conjunction with the stopwatch function to calculate the remaining time of an event, such as a pit stop.

The EFS-S550 comes in a steel case that measures 47 mm x 12 mm (50 mm lug-to-lug) – with either yellow, blue, or orange highlights – and is available on stainless steel, nylon, or resin strap.

A solar-powered quartz movement drives the hours, minutes, date, a 24-hour display, as well as chronograph hours (30-hours), minutes, and seconds. The chronograph can measure elapsed time, split time, and 1st-2nd place times.

Accuracy is ±20 seconds per month, water-resistance is 100 meters, a sapphire crystal protects the dial, the caseback is solid, and weight with the strap is 96 grams. On a full charge, the watch can operate for up to 5-months. Any light that enters through the dial charges the watch battery automatically. All models come in a stainless steel case, although one is in black ion plated stainless steel.
