Piaget creates a one-of-a-kind edition of the Altiplano 900P 38 mm for Only Watch 2015. The 18K white gold case has the movement built right into the caseback resulting in a case just 3.65 mm thick, and the designation as the world’s thinnest hand-wound mechanical timepiece. This special Only Watch edition, is the same as the orignal model we premiered in December 2013, except the hour and minute hands are red, and the caseback is enrgraved with the inscription “Only Watch 2015 – unique piece.” (Ref.
