Beginning on April 1, 2025, Swatch will begin selling a hot pink version of its bestselling model, the MoonSwatch.
Celebrating April’s Pink Moon, the Mission to the Pink Moonphase — which offers a pulsometer and a moonphase indicator— will only be available for a limited time, “exclusively at selected Swatch sales locations,” according to Swatch.
Contrasting the bright pink case, pushers, crown, and strap, is a black and silver-pink opaline dial, with black hands that feature a unique pink-emitting lume. The indices and the two pink moons on the moon phase disk are treated with the same pink-emitting lume. When exposed to UV light the secret message “PINK MOON” is revealed in luminous material horizontally between the moon phase mask.
The black bezel features a pulsometer scale with white markers that allows you to measure your heart rate or someone else’s by finding the pulse with one hand starting the chronograph, and then stopping it after counting 30 beats (or 30 pulsations). Once you stop it, where the chronograph center seconds hand points on the pulsometer scale represents the precise heart rate in beats per minute (BPM).
Like the hidden message on the dial, there’s an Easter egg on the upper chronograph pusher — an embossed heart — as a nod to the pulsometer scale.
As with all MoonSwatch models, the case, crown, and pushers are made of a bioceramic blend, the case measures 42 mm x 13.75 mm (47.30 mm lug-to-lug) and is water-resistant to 30 meters.
The retail price is $310. Learn more at Swatch.
