At Watches and Wonders, Rolex released a new GMT-Master II with a new black/gray ceramic bezel insert with a green 24-hour GMT hand.

Following the Batman and Batgirl monikers being used for the black/blue ceramic bezel GMT-Master IIs, which have Oyster and Jubilee bracelets, respectively. This watch was predicted by a number of sources prior to launch, and was already being nicknamed the “Bruce Wayne” by some on Reddit.

Adding gray to the bezel may not be an innovation but for such a popular model adding a black/gray bezel will certainly tempt those who want something different than the black/blue or blue/red GMT-Master IIs.

Rolex’s existing 40 mm 904L stainless steel GMT-Master II case, with a depth rating of 100 meters, remains the same as before, as does the automatic caliber 3285 GMT movement, which beats at 4Hz and has a 70-hour power reserve.

The Rolex GMT-Master II (Ref. 126710GRNR) retails for $10,700 on an Oyster bracelet or $10,900 on the Jubilee bracelet.
