Timed with World Ocean’s Day Rolex has today released the documentary “Perpetual Planet: Heroes of the Oceans” which is free to watch online.

Commissioned as part of Rolex’s Perpetual Planet initiative, the documentary was created to support and create awareness of the people devising solutions to the Earth’s growing environmental challenges. According to Rolex, “the initiative derives from Rolex’s legacy as a company that has traditionally fostered exploration for the sake of discovery. However, today’s explorers are increasingly concerned about the balance of the Earth’s ecosystems.”
