In the second collaboration between Timex and British designer Nigel Cabourn, the two companies have created a 1950s style of timepiece that pays homage to Scunthorpe, England, and football (soccer).

The Timex x Nigel Cabourn watch comes in a 40 mm diameter MK1 stainless steel case with a domed acrylic crystal and a dial that references referees stopwatches of the time, with a three-quarter red section that represents halftime (45 minutes). It’s worth noting that this is not a stopwatch and does not have a rotating bezel so the dial is more about form than function.

From the cream-colored, custom fluted crown, etched caseback, S.B. Foot Tanning Co. one-piece leather strap, additional bi-color one-piece fabric strap, to the custom army mending kit packaging, you get a lot of the Nigel aesthetic for the money. The watch is quartz powered and has a retail price of $162.
