Italian-American entrepreneur Antonio DiBenedetto purchased the majority stake of Waltham International SA in 2011, and later this year, he will officially re-launch the brand in the states. Today, we have a preview of one of their first new wristwatches, the Waltham XA (pictured above).

The Waltham XA was designed with inspiration from the brands historical Waltham XA type 37 aeronautical clock (shown below). Notably, it was a clock custom fitted for Charles Lindbergh’s first non-stop flight from New York to Paris.

Six collections will be sold through Cellini Jewelers. We will update you when we get more details.
