We’ve not had a chance to test any of the CZ Smartwatches (CZ Smartwatch, CZ Smartwatch Gen-2, CZ Smartwatch Hybrid).

Based on multiple reliable sources (listed below), there have been significant documented technical issues with numerous CZ Smartwatches. So many issues in fact, that Citizen suspended sales of the CZ Smartwatch Gen-2 earlier in 2023.

Generally speaking, Wear OS by Google works on other smartwatches across the industry, meaning that something within the Citizen production process is likely the source of Citizen’s technical smartwatch issues.

Our recommendation is to do your research and consider alternate options.
