To close the year, Doxa has unveiled a new collection of stainless steel and ceramic dive watches.

The Doxa Sub 300B comes in a familiar 42.5 mm cushion case, that’s slightly thinner than the standard Sub 300 collection at 11.95 mm, thanks to the use of a flat sapphire crystal in place of a boxy domed type crystal. The lug-to-lug is also a bit less at 44.5 mm.

In addition to the marginal changes in case dimension, the Sub 300B has a new monoblock ceramic bezel, ceramic screw-down crown, and special wave motif dial. The result is a modern look for the brand’s icon.

This is a professional dive watch, and naturally, water resistance is rated to a depth of 300 meters, as the model name suggests.

The Sub 300B comes with an outsourced 4Hz automatic Sellita SW200-1 movement with 38 hours of power reserve, and is not COSC-certified, which is perhaps why this timepiece costs less than other Sub 300 models in Doxa’s lineup.

There are five different colorways, each available with either a tapered stainless steel beads-of-rice bracelet, a black premium FKM rubber strap, or a premium color-matched FKM rubber strap. Retail is $2,290 for the bracelet version and $2,250 for the strap.
