One of Casio’s adjacent watch collections, at the entry-level price range, is called Edifice and they recently debuted two octagonal-shaped steel watches for under two hundred dollars.

The Edifice EFB680D series comes in a 45.8 mm x 10.5 mm stainless steel case (48 mm lug-to-lug), with an integrated steel bracelet.

The EFB680D is a battery-powered quartz-driven sports chronograph that’s accurate -/+20 seconds per month.

With a chronograph function that indicates 60-minutes (retrograde subdial at 9), 60-seconds (center hand), and 1/10th of a second (subdial at 12) — you can time most events with high-level precision. The dial features applied indices, a date aperture, small seconds at 6, is protected by a sapphire crystal — which is unusual for this low of a price point — and is offered in either blue or black.

The Edifice EFB680D-1AV (black dial) and EFB680D-2BV (blue dial) are secured to the wrist with a folding clasp and depth rated to 100 meters. Retail is $180.
