On-again and off-again brand Ikepod recently introduced a new limited edition chronograph called the Skypod. Fitted inside a 46 mm grade 3 lugless titanium case, with either a blue or black dial, designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune, each version of the Skypod is available in a 25-piece limited edition. Powering the time, date, GMT, and chronograph functions are NOS (new old stock) La Joux-Perrex 8103 24dt movements which were serviced in 2022 by Roland Gloor. $8,900
A. Lange & Söhne has unveiled a new version of its unique constant force, jumping hours and minutes Zeitwerk timepiece which has a digital display that’s fully mechanical. The second generation Zeitwerk comes in a 41.9 mm x 12.2 mm 950 platinum or 18K pink gold case and is powered by the new manually wound caliber L043.6 movement which has received an increased power reserve, from 36 to 72 hours. $100,000
Watches and Wonders will return to Geneva from March 27th, 2023 through April 2, 2023.
In October, after the success of the first edition of Watches and Wonders Geneva in 2022, Rolex, Richemont, and Patek Philippe created the Watches and Wonders Geneva Foundation (WWGF), a not-for-profit foundation based in Geneva.
