After launching the Code 11.59 last year, Audemars Piguet is staying the course and has dropped ten new smoked lacquered dial references within the collection.

The Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 comes in the same uniquely oval-shaped 41 mm diameter case as last year — with the signature octagonal case middle, multi-angled domed sapphire crystal, curved dial, skeletonized lugs, available exclusively in precious metals. A new two-tone case, that combines 18K white and pink gold, is offered for some of the references.

As for the dials, they have a gradient that goes from lighter in the center to darker towards the edges, with a sunburst pattern. Audemars Piguet has previously offered similar dials, such as the unique-piece burgundy lacquered dial from the One Drop auction or the Bolshoi Limited Edition that has a smoked blue dial, although it’s enameled not lacquered. On top of the dial are applied gold Arabic numeral and indices hour markers, along with gold-plated hands. The Code 11.59 gradient dials come in three-hand and chronograph variants, each available in either blue, burgundy, purple, silver, or dark gray.

Audemars Piguet’s most modern watch calibers drive the three-hand (caliber 4302) and chronograph (caliber 4401) timepieces, same as last year.
